Actual ballistic performance depends on ammunition selection, barrel length, environmental conditions, and the individual firearm. For current ammunition specifications, users should consult the ammunition manufacturer’s published information and follow all applicable safety instructions.
This CZ 557 features a 24-inch barrel, a configuration commonly associated with full-size sporting rifles.
When evaluating a pre-owned rifle, the barrel should be inspected for condition, including the exterior finish, muzzle, crown, bore, rifling, and chamber. Visible wear or cosmetic characteristics should be assessed from the individual firearm rather than assumed from the model designation.
The 24-inch barrel is one of the primary identifying specifications supplied for this particular CZ 557 and should be reflected accurately in the product listing.
The rifle is equipped with a CT Brushline Pro optic. The exact specifications of the optic should be confirmed from the markings on the scope because magnification range, objective diameter, reticle configuration, adjustment system, and other features can vary between optic models.
The photographs accompanying the listing can be used to document the optic and its mounting arrangement. Any rings, bases, lens covers, or other accessories should only be considered included when specifically identified.
The supplied configuration includes one 5-round magazine and one 10-round magazine. Magazine compatibility should be verified against the exact CZ 557 variant before purchasing or using replacement magazines.
Magazine capacity and configuration can vary by model and jurisdiction. Applicable federal, state, and local laws should always be consulted regarding firearm and magazine possession and use.
The condition of this CZ 557 .308 Winchester should be evaluated using the listing photographs and, when appropriate, an in-person inspection. Areas that may be examined include the stock, receiver, barrel, bolt, bore, trigger assembly, optic, and mounting hardware.
The supplied equipment includes the CT Brushline Pro optic, along with the stated 5-round and 10-round magazines. Any additional equipment should be considered included only if specifically identified in the listing or photographs.
Visible scratches, finish wear, stock marks, discoloration, or other cosmetic characteristics should be evaluated on the individual firearm.
