Welcome to Iron Rock Armory LLC. By accessing our website, visiting our store, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms govern your relationship with Iron Rock Armory LLC. By interacting with us in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Iron Rock Armory LLC is a licensed FFL and Class 3 firearms dealer offering retail sales, transfers, and NFA item handling in compliance with federal and state law.

2. Firearm Purchases & Legal Requirements

All firearm transactions are subject to federal, state, and local firearm laws. To purchase a firearm from us, customers must:

Be at least 18 years old for rifles and shotguns
Be at least 21 years old for handguns and NFA items
Provide valid, government-issued photo ID
Pass a federal background check (NICS)
Complete all necessary federal/state forms

Iron Rock Armory LLC reserves the right to refuse sales to anyone who does not meet these requirements or appears to present a safety concern or legal issue.

3. NFA Items

As a Class 3 dealer, Iron Rock Armory LLC sells and transfers items regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA), including suppressors, SBRs, and other restricted firearms.

All NFA items require:

Proper ATF paperwork (e.g., Form 4 or Form 1)
Payment of the appropriate tax stamp ($200 or $5, depending on item type)
Successful completion of ATF background checks
ATF approval before possession or delivery
Compliance with federal storage and transport laws

We offer assistance with the ATF process, but it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with NFA regulations.

4. Pricing, Orders, and Availability

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Prices displayed online or in-store may not include taxes, fees, or shipping costs. Product availability is not guaranteed and is subject to change.

Orders may be delayed or canceled due to backorders, legal compliance issues, or verification requirements. Special orders or custom builds may require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment, which will be clearly communicated before order placement.

5. Final Sale Items

Due to federal regulations, all sales of the following are final and non-refundable:

Firearms (handguns, rifles, shotguns)
NFA items (suppressors, SBRs, etc.)
Ammunition
Lower receivers

Iron Rock Armory LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds for these items. If your item is defective, warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Accessories and non-regulated items may be returned within 7 days, unopened and in new condition, and are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion.

6. Transfers & Shipping

We accept FFL and NFA item transfers in accordance with ATF guidelines. It is your responsibility to:

Notify us prior to initiating a transfer
Ensure all items sent to us are legal in the state of Pennsylvania
Complete all required background checks and paperwork
Pay any associated transfer fees

Items received without notice or without proper documentation may be refused or returned at your expense. Firearms shipped out must go to a verified FFL dealer.

7. Use of Products & Limitation of Liability

All firearms and accessories must be used safely and legally. Iron Rock Armory LLC is not liable for:

Injury, death, or damage due to improper use
Unauthorized modifications made after purchase
Failure to follow safety procedures
Misuse, neglect, or illegal activity involving any products
Delays in ATF approvals, shipping, or order fulfillment

You assume all risk associated with the use, storage, and ownership of firearms and related products.

8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

The Iron Rock Armory LLC website and all related content—including logos, text, product images, and media—are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, republish, or reuse our content without express written permission.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to secure systems.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. Personal information collected through our website, in-store transactions, or ATF forms is handled with care and used only to:

Fulfill orders
Complete legal firearm transactions
Respond to inquiries
Comply with legal requirements

10. Modifications to Terms

Iron Rock Armory LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted to our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate court within Pennsylvania jurisdiction.
